Our telehealth services are designed for women experiencing perimenopausal, menopausal, or hormonal health concerns. By using Abella, you confirm that you are seeking care for yourself and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Nature of Services
Abella provides a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for hormone therapy consultations. Our services include health assessments, physician consultations, personalized treatment plans, prescription management, and ongoing care support.
Abella does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All medical decisions are made by licensed physicians based on your individual health profile. Treatment outcomes may vary. Abella does not guarantee specific results from hormone therapy.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription and Payments
Abella operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly charges at the rate displayed at the time of enrollment. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Prescription Medications
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our licensed physicians. Not all patients will qualify for hormone replacement therapy. Prescriptions are non-transferable and intended solely for the patient to whom they are prescribed. You agree to use prescribed medications only as directed by your physician.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Abella website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Abella Health Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abella Health Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Abella in the twelve months preceding the claim.
